Jim is an extremely knowledgeable, charming gentleman who patiently answered all my questions. At no time did I have the feeling that he was talking down or just tolerating me. This has happened to me in the past (years ago) and cost those salesmen a sale. If all your staff members are as pleasant as Jim Crooks, your company has to be very successful and I will highly recommend Jim and Precision Toyota to my friends. More

I went to just drive the new RAV 4...and ended up buying one on the spot. It was the interior and exterior color that I had wanted, and was the Limited version - which is also what I wanted (based on my re one on the spot. It had some features that I probably wouldn't have ordered, if I was ordering from the factory, but they gave me a reasonable trade-in for my 2010 Honda Pilot (which was just too big for me)...so I decided to buy it now. My sales person, Todd was great. Very helpful and friendly...and not pushy at all. The Finance guy was OK...I didn't buy any of the "extra's" since I had already spent more than I was anticipating {due to the fact that the in-stock car already had more than I needed on it.} He was nice and accommodating about it, but I could tell he wasn't happy about it. My boyfriend was with me and advised me not to spend $$ on the "extras". More
