Friendly, attentive, listening, and caring service and support from Fonz... best dealer purchasing experience I've had in 35 years. This is why I keep buying Toyotas - Corolla 4WD wagon, Previa, Camry, Sienna, Echo, Matrix, Highlander Hybrid, and now on a third Tundra. Can't beat them for personal and guaranteed service or quality of product. More
We have an excellent car after consulting with Albert Gianquinto. Excellent salesman and informative about our Prius selection. We have bought from Albert before and will ask for him in the future. In 40 years, I have never had a positive experience with a dealership, so I was prepared to use a broker. However, my husband wanted to see what the dealership would offer, so he met Alberto Quijada at Prec a dealership, so I was prepared to use a broker. However, my husband wanted to see what the dealership would offer, so he met Alberto Quijada at Precision. He was not pushy, but provided lots of information about the car and the available discounts and 0% financing. My husband also contacted the broker at our credit union. The price was the same (with higher interest), although the broker's car was in Phoenix and she could not describe the options package. The next day, my husband took my trade in to Precision for evaluation. After only one counteroffer, we had the value we wanted. The broker wanted us to take my trade to the other side of town for evaluation. We selected Precision for the convenience and Alberto's behavior. I had been prepared to shop and be disappointed for several months, but ended up going to Precision the next day to sign the papers. Alberto had a family commitment, so Mark Ibarra introduced me to Patrick in Finance, then demonstrated all the cool features on the car. I would recommend Alberto and Mark to anyone looking for a new car and a positive dealership experience. And I love my car! Thank you. More
This is my third Toyota from Precision. This dealership knows how to work with customers. Abid is a well trained listener that hears exactly the type of vehicle for you. He doesn't try to upscale or downsc knows how to work with customers. Abid is a well trained listener that hears exactly the type of vehicle for you. He doesn't try to upscale or downscale your selection. If you are a savvy buyer these folks will work with you so that you really receive the best possible deal available. I highly recommend Abid, Greg, and Jaffe to anyone. More
Worst car buying experience in my 35 years of living in Tucson!! In general, sales staff was dishonest, deceptive, incredibly pressuring and just plain rude. Specifics are as follows: 1. Falsified odo Tucson!! In general, sales staff was dishonest, deceptive, incredibly pressuring and just plain rude. Specifics are as follows: 1. Falsified odometer statement (car had 58 miles on it, not 11); 2. Told me to drive off the lot when I told them that I did not want to leave because I didn't like the contract. Told me no one in finance was available and that I should call on Monday morning and everything would be resolved; 3. Called at 8 a.m. on Monday morning and I was told there was nothing anyone could do, I couldn't return the car because I drove it off the lot (at the specific instruction of Todd Crain), I couldn't change the contract (as I told them I wanted to do before I drove off the lot) and basically I was stuck with the transaction. Was advised to call Paul Barker; 4. Called Paul Barker shortly after 8 a.m. and it was not until after 1 p.m. that he actually returned my call; 5. Paul said that he could take the car back ( I learned later through Paul that, contrary to Patrick's assertion that the contract had been accepted by Toyota Motor Credit Corporation and there was nothing they could do, they could have, in fact, ripped the contract up at that point because the car was not yet titled in my name nor did Toyota Motor Credit Corporation have a record of it), but Paul was not going to take the car back because this was my fault for signing the contract and driving off the lot even though I didn't want to drive off the lot but was left with no other alternative per Todd Crain; 6. There was no consideration for this contract, and there is still no consideration since no money changed hands, but they still wouldn't let me return the car; 7. I told them that Royal and Car Max let you return cars within 72 hours; 8. Paul lied and said that Royal's exchange policy was for another car. I subsequently checked with Royal's new car sales manager. Royal gives a 100% cash back guarantee if the car is returned within 72 hours; 9. Precision makes you waive your rights under the Arizona Consumer Credit Laws which gives you a certain grace period to return the car. To my knowledge, the legality of this waiver has never been tested; 10. Precision sold me a Prius which is totally unsuitable for driving on Mexican highways where I do 90% of my driving; 11. Precision used four salesmen over a period of six hours to persuade me into buying this car with high pressure tactics every step of the way; 12. Precision sold me a warranty that I didn't need since the car already came with a warranty and then refused to take it off the contract even though it hadn't yet been accepted by Toyota Motor Credit, causing the payment to be inflated by over $100/month. I finally got rid of the warranty but the payment remains inflated; 13. The customer service manager, Mohammed Moayeri, would not return my telephone call until I got Toyota Care from LA to call him; 14. Paul Barker finally met with me and explained that he thought I needed a 4-Runner, but when I offered to exchange/buy the car, would not provide the color (White) or leather upholstery (Sand) that I wanted, telling me I could take the one on the lot (Dark Shoreline Blue with Mica Gray, almost black upholstery) or none at all; 15. Following Paul's directions to a "T", I then told him I wanted a RAV 4, white with beige upholstery, as advertised on the website at $1000 off and 0% interest for 36 months. Paul told me the deal wasn't available. I told him I was looking at it as we were speaking. Paul said it was a mistake and the answer was no. This is false advertising. Even if it was a mistake, the dealership is obligated to honor their advertised prices, especially since Paul told me the best price I was going to get was the Internet Price--no deals--and then he wouldn't give me the Internet price on the same day it was advertised; 16. The Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, through which Precision financed the car, told me that the car never should have been financed through them since they require notice to drive the car to Mexico every 30 days, which is 60 times over the course of the contract. I specifically asked about that clause in the contract before closing and Patrick from Finance said that it only applies if the car was "removed", i.e., permanently, from the country. Patrick was dead wrong. You would think that Finance would know how to read and interpret the contracts that they execute multiple times daily; 17. In summary, I still hate the car, throw up before I get into it on a daily basis and am appalled at the treatment received at Precision Toyota! I consider the people I dealt with to be nothing more than white collar crooks who had to make a sale in order to meet their quota. Todd Crain, with finger wagging in my face, even threatened me if I make a bad review. Don't know what he is going to do to me except take the car back which is what I have been trying to get them to do from Day One! 18. I am an educated single woman who has raised a family and has run a successful business in Tucson for over 28 years. I have served on the Board of Directors of numerous non-profit corporations including Casa de los Ninos and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson. If Precision treated me this way, there is no reason why anyone else should expect anything better. RUN--do not walk--away from Precision Toyota! You will be thankful that you did!! P.S. Pulled a "bait and switch" on the tires--promised me Yokohama Tires and I got Bridgestone; P. P.S. Where was Jack Rowe when I needed him??????? More

Very patient and really listened to what we wanted, not trying to shoehorn us into something that was better for him or the dealership. Nice job! trying to shoehorn us into something that was better for him or the dealership. Nice job! More
