Coming from a multi-generation Toyota family, I can honestly say this is THE WORST Toyota dealership we have ever been to! Sales - absolutely pathetic, untrained, non-responsive and judgmental sal honestly say this is THE WORST Toyota dealership we have ever been to! Sales - absolutely pathetic, untrained, non-responsive and judgmental salespeople I have dealt with. Our multicultural family was all but blown off because we asked for a list of all discounts and dealer incentives - they refused saying we weren't serious because we didn't want to drive the car and were comparing to a more expensive model/brand! New. Car. Sale. Lost. Service - don't even get me started. Wasted a complete day due to a plethora of mistakes and miscommunications on their end. When we returned for the vehicle, 8 hours later with no work done and no return communication made, the snot-nosed pretty boy "service manager" tried to belittle us and twist words and facts to make it all our fault. A simple "I'm sorry, we'll fix it" would have been great but apparently everyone there thinks they are better than the clients...why, because they have employment? Hah! Will make the extra drive to Phoenix in the future - will be worth our while. Two clients, and a third one soon to be driving, LOST. More
Mr. Anaya was prompt, honest, knowledgeable, professional, polite and most importantly made me feel as I was part of the Toyota family. I cannot express how his patience in teaching me about my professional, polite and most importantly made me feel as I was part of the Toyota family. I cannot express how his patience in teaching me about my new 2014 Tundra's features and his unique knowledge of ALL the vehicles Toyota offers greatly impressed me. It is important to note my family has purchased vehicles from Precision Toyota for 20 years and quality of your products and service have always been superb. Mr. Anaya and the Precision Toyota staff are premier examples to be followed. In closing I would like to extend my gratitude to Carl's Anaya, Juan Ramirez and Jason Scott all of whom worked to make this experience absolutely outstanding! Thank you! More

My wife and I had decided to purchase a new Toyota Rav 4 after reading about the great reveiws it has recived and decided that it was time to upgrade our family car. We met with Ricardo Claure and told hm w after reading about the great reveiws it has recived and decided that it was time to upgrade our family car. We met with Ricardo Claure and told hm what we were looking for and what our budget was. Ricardo went above and beyond our expectations, not only did we get into a new Rav4, but we were able to upgrade into an XLE model! When the car was delivered to us, Ricardo spent as much time as we needed explaing all the features of our car and showed us how all of them worked. We would definetly recomend Precision Toyota and Ricardo Claure to all of our friends. More

Chris Federico was an excellent sales consultant and because of this we came back the next week and bought my wife a new vehicle which I will be reviewing next. Chris took ownership of all issues presented and continues to ensuring that everything has been and continues to be excellent with our purchases. However James Golden did nothing but upset and lie to both myself and my wife trying to push us into a car that was not what I wanted. I was part of the 50 car sale on Saturday and was the last one to leave. When I arrived on Friday to look the first time I told James I wanted a Silver, Orange or possibly Blue FR-S with the Upgraded Stereo in a 6 Speed Manual. I was told the Orange one was just sold last week to a guy who commutes back and forth and loves it, I was then shown a Dark Gray one that did not have all the features I wanted but was told it was the only manual. James informed me he would check on the colors I wanted to see if he could get one in, but that it would be a month. We set up a time to come back in Saturday and upon arriving James was busy with someone else. We were passed to another sales person, Nate who I am not sure just what James told him but he simple told us it would take a month to get any of the other colors I wanted and this was the only choice. My wife and I left for lunch and came back hoping things would calm down a little and we could talk to James, during that time I ran into Chris Federico whom I have known for years. Upon returning James was still busy so we requested Chris, Chris knew nothing about the deal but he jumped in and took excellent care of us. We ended up leaving late (9-10PM) Saturday with the Dark Gray FR-S believing it was the only option for over a month. It was also during our wait that my wife spotted the 2009 Pontiac G8 that we ended up going back to buy for her. Monday I arrived the dealership to drop off some needed items to find two new FR-S's on the lot. A Silver FR-S and an Orange FR-S both setup exactly as I had requested. Needless to say I was very upset. When I confronted James he was again too busy to deal with me because he had emails to answer but when he did I was told he could not really do anything I had taken delivery of the car. Upset I called your Corporate Office and filed a complaint. (1308261291) I then spoke with Jennifer the HR Manager who transferred me to Paul Barker. Paul Barker took care of the problem right then and assured me I would have the vehicle I came in asking for originally, I just needed to come in and handle some paperwork. When I came in yet another James Golden Mistake was found and my trade in went from 11000 to 10500. I was not happy about this but after everything I was put through I just wanted to be done. I still do not think I should have been held responsible for yet another mistake made by James Golden. In the end everything has been resolved and the rest of the Dealership has been excellent to deal with. I want to thank everyone else for all the help and the service they provided me with. I would hope after two car purchases and a review like this I would and will continue to be a valued customer and that with all the issues James Golden made for me that I will ensure no one else runs into that problem again. I still think the 500.00 loss on the trade should not have been done considering everything I went through and I hope that it gets addressed. Thank You, Elliott M. Crane More
Alberto did a great job in getting me into a vehicle that would work well for both my daughter and I. I had been to too many used car dealers and perhaps put me in a “caution state of mind”. Volvo of Tucson was using tactics and schemes to hike the cost of a vehicle I was interested in and then began attempting to sell something that I never came in to see at a double the amount I was willing to spend. You know “we can get you a great loan”…. Bla bla bla… Another dealership I went to was O’Relly Cheverly Used Car and again costs appear to escalate from the original asking price advertised in some cases the price escalated to 10k more…. So by the time I made it to Precision Toyota my trust ability was very very low despite the fact that a trusted and close friend directed me to specifically ask for Alberto at Precision. Alberto did a great job of looking for and presenting to me the vehicles I was interested in. He also presented an honest and logical cost estimate of the vehicles, maintaining within the budge I presented to him. So no hidden agenda and no haggling. Alberto puts a great effort in pleasing customers as to ensure customers are happy with the vehicle. Only thing that’s bad is that Alberto had to see my “caution side” and Alberto not knowing that I had already been riled up from other prior used car dealers over the past two weeks. More

First time purchase with Precision was wonderful. Ricardo Morgan was so helpful in going over all the features in my Rav-4 before I left the lot. He even set up my Bluetooth with my cell phone.
