I felt comfortable already. When my friend handed him all the research he'd done on the Prius, Michael assured us he would do his best to get us the pricing we wanted. So not only did he help my friend, but me as well. My friend and I both left there with brand new Prius's. It took a few hours, but the whole time we were there it was a pleasant experience.
