Servce from internet sales was professional and excellent. I was able to negotiate a lower price than I was given over email. Approximately 10% under MSRP. Note that additional costs above MSRP are charged, such as documentation fees (~$470) and other dealer add on options (in my case Tinted Safety Windows (~$400). I was able to negotiate these to almost zero. When in finance they offer added warranty coverage, etc. but it was not high pressure sales. Overall, this was a better, more friendly, less sales pressure experience, and better deal, than my previous similar purchase at Honda for my CRV. More

When I arrived no one came out so I went to a counter only to be told to wait in my vehicle. While waiting the helped other people who arrived after I did. Waited 15 minutes for a service rep to help. Appointments didn’t matter as I had one. New to the Tucson area but won’t use them again or purchase a vehicle from them. Really disappointed in the customer care. More
