Marx Brothers Service Department I took my Corolla in because the tail lights went out. I tried to explain to the service writer a couple of other INTERMITTENT things (relating to ru I took my Corolla in because the tail lights went out. I tried to explain to the service writer a couple of other INTERMITTENT things (relating to running lights and a dash indicator) possibly related. After 3 tries to get him to understand what intermittent means, I gave up. He wrote they always happen. Also,apparently there was a new recall, which I authorized to go ahead and do. 7 HOURS LATER! ( I was waiting), they changed a fuse and did some programming. Now the running lights don't work. I wanted to talk to the mechanic so I could accurately explain the problem (which these clueless service writers cannot do) and I couldn't. I've had the car in 3 times now, and 2 times they botched it. Buying my car their was ok, but the service is a joke. Unable to give 0 stars. More

Bad customer service I arrived shortly before 1:00 pm. This was first time using Precision. After sitting there for about 15 minuets, I finally asked somebody if I needed I arrived shortly before 1:00 pm. This was first time using Precision. After sitting there for about 15 minuets, I finally asked somebody if I needed to go inside & he said no, he would get someone, about 10 minutes, a man said, have been helped, I told him “no” & he said he would get someone out to help me. Finally, a guy told me to go to the far desk & he would be there...so 40 minutes after I arrived I got waited on. He proceeeded to tell me they were short staffed, etc.. at 2:30, he call & said car should be ready sooner than expected & he would call. I never got a call until I had called. At 4:50 I called & no answer & left a message. I then called back at 5:30 & no answer. Both times I left a message. Then at 5:33 pm., I got a return call. I just went in for an oil change. I told the serviceman that was the worse customer service at a dealership I had ever experienced.!!! I would never return to Precision., not would I recommend them. When you drive up & men are walking around, but no one even acknowledged your there & you have to flag someone down & asked them, do I need to go in or what as a first time customer. Then, you wait another length of time....it sets the tone of poor customer service! , More
