Identified and resolved a problem with the tires on my new 2018 Toyota Highlander Limited that another Dealership had failed to correct after 4 separate visits. Not only did Precision Toyota identify the problems with the tires, they followed up with Toyota directly, which led to Toyota Corporate’s approval to replace all four tires! Outstanding and incomparable service which to me was a clear indication Precision Toyota doesn’t just sell vehicles, they are committed to providing outstanding service and support to their customers after a purchase.
