My wife and I were in the market for a new car and were specifically looking at a RAV4 hybrid limited. I reached out via Consumer Reprts/True car and was linked to this dealership. Within minutes of my req specifically looking at a RAV4 hybrid limited. I reached out via Consumer Reprts/True car and was linked to this dealership. Within minutes of my request, Kristin Leone (Product Specialist) reached out to say they had a couple cars in-stock and did I have any questions or could she set-up a time to do a test drive. Long story short, we had several calls/emails and did a test drive but we decided on going with the Lexus version of the RAV4. I encourage anyone in the market for a Toyota to ask for Kristin. She was AWESOME! More

I went here for an oil change and tire rotation a few months back. The whole time the man was working with me was rude and pushy. After the fact they gave me a list of upwards of $5,000 of things that we months back. The whole time the man was working with me was rude and pushy. After the fact they gave me a list of upwards of $5,000 of things that were “urgently broken” insinuating that if I didn’t fix them immediately I’d get in a crash. Coupled with the videos they took to try and back up their lie that stuff was broken it was all pretty sleazy with them trying to scare you into getting expensive services done. It all felt scammy so I went to the other Toyota in Tucson and what do you know there is literally nothing wrong with the car and I had been lied to. I would dissuade anyone from going here and frankly there is no amount of money you could pay me to get my car serviced here because they are scummy liars. More
