Poor Service Scheduled oil change and wheel alignment for 8:30 am at Precision Toyota, Tucson. Arrived around 8:00 am well ahead of apointment time. The customer r Scheduled oil change and wheel alignment for 8:30 am at Precision Toyota, Tucson. Arrived around 8:00 am well ahead of apointment time. The customer relations person stated that the work would be completed around noon. The service was finally completed around 3:00 pm. The hold up was technician had difficulty with aligning the wheels according to service staff. The sales slip indicates that a wheel alignment should be 1.0 hours work! The tech apparently did not know what he was doing. Needless to say, I wasted most of the day waiting. I will no longer be taking my Tundra for service at this dealer/service site. May have to travel to Phoenix for my next service. Never had problems there. More
Keys made Showed up for my appointment, was told it would only be a little more than an hour when I made the appointment 2 weeks prior, Lindsay informed me it m Showed up for my appointment, was told it would only be a little more than an hour when I made the appointment 2 weeks prior, Lindsay informed me it may take over 2 hours, thought about canceling, but Lindsay said “she would do her best to get me out sooner”, she got me out in what I thought was a very timely manner. Recall It took one complete day to have my car’s recall problem fixed. The main issue was Precision Toyota’s inability to provide adequate transportation for It took one complete day to have my car’s recall problem fixed. The main issue was Precision Toyota’s inability to provide adequate transportation for me resulting in my waiting for either a shuttle or Uber vehicl for over 2 hours. The problem was compounded by initially wanting to charge me for a return trip to Precision Toyota to pick up my vehicle even though I live in Tucson. Poor customer service. More
Initial service The oil change cost as much as if I had just come in off the street. The tire rotation caused a vibration in steering wheel. I was hoping for a break on the price as they already had the vehicle in the air on the lift. Apparently the tires weren’t checked for balance when they were rotated on the free 5000 mile service. I live in Safford and now the I have to take the vehicle into a local tire shop to get the front tires balanced. The cost of my FREE SERVICE just keeps adding up. More
