Our service advisor for three visits and three different problems, Anthony Burgess, each time walked us through every detail from diagnosis to estimate and repair. I appreciated his competence and his friendly manner and the extra effort he made to be sure I did not miss my complementary shuttle home during the last visit. Only thing- did not specify if repairs were essential or could wait. Sometimes feel some dealers suggest unnecessary or inessential work to customers ( based on prior experience at other Toyota dealerships). More
