Great Experience overall. Unlike many dealers online inventory was actually correct for Prius. Called and was promptly responded too and inventory was immediately checked. The car was ready to be looked at when we arrived, trade in evaluation was fast, the paper work was handled quickly. We had such a wonderful experience at Precision Toyota! We took our time in our car search. We visited 7 dealerships and test drove a dozen cars over a 6 week period. Some of them were down right awful. We went into Precision 3 times, and every single time it was a great experience! We told Tony, our initial sales consultant, that we were taking our time and doing our research. We told him what we wanted & what we were looking for and never felt pressured. He even called to follow up with us a few weeks later. By our third visit, we had decided on the Rav4. We had requested a quote over the internet before we went in, and that is how we ended up working with Morgan. They both stayed well past closing-10:30p-to help us finalize the sale. Tony drove us to 2 different storage lots so we could SEE the actual car we were purchasing. We are so appreciative of their hard work. Even at the late hour we were there, they wanted to make sure we knew how to work every feature on the car. Morgan worked tirelessly to make sure they could hit our price point. We do not have an ounce of the "buyers remorse" so many feel after purchasing a new car. We were pleasantly surprised by the features and convenience of the service department. I feel the dealership was friendly and not pushy. They were really ready to step up and help. I had a 2001 rav 4 and the computer when out and broke my transmission. I was 800 miles out of warranty. They got me in a new car at a price I can afford with a good interest rate. with out going in to more detail about the broken car and the warranty issue. I feel the dealership stepped up and did what they could to help me out. My only complaint would be the Navigation package which is suppose to be the upgrade does not come with xm. This is silly, the upgrade should keep the xm especially when you need it to fully use the navigation package. More
