This is my third purchase at Precision Toyota and it has been a pleasure the same as the other two. This is a big plus for us. No one tried to hurry us; all tried to get us the best information possible to answer our questions. This was true at the time of purchase and in follow-up phone calls. Precision worked with us on the price of the new vehicle we decided on and made sure that any extras such as window tint, protective car body coating, and security updates were ready when we took delivery of the vehicle. Our sales associate, Carlos Anaya, did all he could to make us feel comfortable. Above all, Carlos was very honest about all phases and follow-up of the buy. Juan Ramirez, business coordinator, made the choices of warranty plans and security updates clear and understandable. Mary Esther Lizarraga of the parts department helped us to pick out the seat covers we decided to guy, a big help with the measuring and color coordination.
