I found both Kevin and Joshua to be very helpful. Kevin was very courteous and wanted to make sure i understood every thing about the interior of the car,ie cruise control, sound system and all. Everyone was very helpful, unfortunately there appeared to be a lot of computer issues and things were down which prolonged the experience.
