My vehicle was totalled in an accident, and since I had such a great experience with Toyota in the past, I decided I would purchase another one. In fact all the sales people and finance people I met with that day were very accommidating, and wonder. I have give this dealership and the salesstaff a 5 because that is waht they deserved. They never once gave me an any grief because I could not make up my mind. They worked with me on the price and kept my payments where I needed them to be. I felt like I was a valued customer and that my business was important. He found me not only that car that I wanted but at a price that worked for me. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership. Joshua handled all the financing and got me an excellent warranty as well as a security system for my car without even having to ask. When I drove my car off the lot I felt very happy with my experience and that made me love the car that much more. I will definitely be coming back to precision when I am ready to get a newer Toyota.
