We went in there to look at a used Tacoma. The truck itself was great, except that the tires needed replacing in the very near future. From the very beginning the games began, with them sending the salesman (who was perfectly nice and did a good job) back and forth to try and push us higher on a price, despite us telling them upfront the maximum amount we were willing to pay. Eventually the internet sales manager came in and tried to convince us himself to pay more than we were willing. After we refused again, he got up, stomped off, and yelled "FINE!" like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and we informed them that we would never be shopping there again, nor would we recommend them. We're not unreasonable people and can understand if a deal is not workable for both sides, but his behavior was just ridiculous. Now this morning I received a phone call/email from the person I originally corresponded with before we went in, who basically blamed the experience on us for not asking for him, and stating that the price he gave in previous emails ($100 off the internet price) was REALLY the best price. I've bought a fair share of cars in my lifetime (2 simultaneously at Precision for my last purchase - I wasn't thrilled with them then either), and I can tell you that I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealer. They are extremely unprofessional and wouldn't know how to perform customer service if it smacked them in the face. More

I purchased my first (in 2005) and second (in 2009) Toyota here. My third Toyota was purchased out of town just because I was at that dealer at that moment and decided to 'go for it.' Basically we are happy with the vehicle we purchased, but we are unhappy with the Karr security system which we purchased after the presentation and while we like the radio, we are unable to read the display we are unhappy with the Karr security system which we purchased after the presentation and while we like the radio, we are unable to read the display during the day if the sun is out (like it is 95 % of the time in Arizona). We became unhappy with the Karr system after we found out that owners manual explains nothing about the various types of protection. Upon going on line to get more information, I discovered several reviews about Karr which were very unfavorable and described the system as a ripoff. When I called Patrick in finance to voice my dissatisfaction and see what could be done, he informed me that he could take the system out, but there would be no refunds because of our unhappiness. While I understand his position, this has not made me a happy consumer! Jerry Rickard More
