I purchased my first (in 2005) and second (in 2009) Toyota here. My third Toyota was purchased out of town just because I was at that dealer at that moment and decided to 'go for it.' Basically we are happy with the vehicle we purchased, but we are unhappy with the Karr security system which we purchased after the presentation and while we like the radio, we are unable to read the display we are unhappy with the Karr security system which we purchased after the presentation and while we like the radio, we are unable to read the display during the day if the sun is out (like it is 95 % of the time in Arizona). We became unhappy with the Karr system after we found out that owners manual explains nothing about the various types of protection. Upon going on line to get more information, I discovered several reviews about Karr which were very unfavorable and described the system as a ripoff. When I called Patrick in finance to voice my dissatisfaction and see what could be done, he informed me that he could take the system out, but there would be no refunds because of our unhappiness. While I understand his position, this has not made me a happy consumer! Jerry Rickard More
I went into Precision Toyota in Tucson Arizona knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted although they did not have one on the lot. My wife and I loved our 2006 Toyota Tacoma and have had so many positive experiences that it's like a member of the family. Still, the time came last weekend to trade it in...for another Tacoma! Yay! I went directly to the website of Precision Toyota in Tucson, Arizona to look at their inventory. It was the logical, first place to investigate since we liked them and knew their high standards of customer service. I had a tall order in a way because we did not want a white, red, blue, or black vehicle. It had to be earth tones in color, a 5-speed automatic, and payments no higher than we had before after the trade in of our 2006 Tacoma. I saw just the right Tacoma, a 2012, and emailed Pretoy to discover its "Internet Only" pricing and details. Almost immediately Joe Micoletti from Precision Toyota (Pretoy) wrote me back and followed up with a pleasant phone call. My wife and I knew that we wanted the Tacoma and its purchase revolved around an excellent trade-in price. We made an appointment and stopped by on a busy Saturday to see Joe. After an easy meeting and a short wait for the vehicle assessment, we sat in Joe's office and worked out the details. Our trade-in price came back excellent, the total price was perfectly within our previous payment range, and we were stunned to discover that we were going to be driving our new Tacoma home in a short while! Joe was professional, friendly, and helpful at every turn. A true professional. Juan Ramirez took our purchase details and wove them into an exceptional interest rate loan in a matter of 30 minutes or less and guided us cheerfully through the maze of paperwork that always accompanies a purchase of this magnitude. His humor and kindness helped alleviate our subtle anxiousness throughout the process. We left his office comfortable that we had once more made the perfect choice in remembering our friends at Pretoy for our second Tacoma purchase and that our trust had been well-rewarded again. He is an asset to customers who are fortunate enough work with him. The "customer-first" standards that Pretoy requires of its employees are exemplary and provide prospective customers with a "safety net" that I have never found equaled in any other automobile dealership. The employees here live by a credo that always puts the customer first. Your purchases, inquiries, and visits will be pleasant and superior in every way. More
