My experience with this dealership went downhill very quickly as soon as the financing process started. The finance officer made everything he could do to pressure and cajole me into adding a service war quickly as soon as the financing process started. The finance officer made everything he could do to pressure and cajole me into adding a service warranty and an alarm system that I didn't need and would have substantially raised my monthly payment. It didn't matter how many times I told him no it wouldn't drop it and used every scare tactic he could. He told me that maintenance on a hybrid was very expensive and I'd be crazy not to get the service warranty. After leaving there I felt really bad about my purchase, I wish I had walked out on the guy before signing the papers. The car I purchased was a trade in and the previous owner still has the other set of keys after two months! The person who took the trade in neglected to get them and I've called several times and was told that they would contact him and try and get the keys. Its been a month and I still only have one set of keys and its two hundred dollars for a new set. I find it irresponsible of the dealership to take the trade in without getting all of the equipment first. This was not an optional piece of equipment, two sets came standard with the car and it was never disclosed to me that it was missing equipment. After speaking to some other people around town I find out that they also had bad experiences with this dealership and go out of their way to buy and service their toyotas across town at Desert Toyota. Overall this has been a very negative experience for me and I wish I had asked around first before deciding to buy a car from them. More

Precision did not have the truck that I wanted in stock.
