This is the first time we have dealt with precision and loved the experience. The salesman Albert Gianquinto was great, and helped us getting a car for our Kid going off to college!!! Very nice & kind. This is the second vehicle I bought from precision and I wouldn't go anywhere else. This purchase however was not perfect I wanted and requested an extended warranty but when I went in from precision and I wouldn't go anywhere else. This purchase however was not perfect I wanted and requested an extended warranty but when I went into the office all the paperwork was printed out already and I was told to call back on Thursday that he would see about adding this to my loan. The bank would not add this after the fact and I was told i would have to pay 1700 out of pocket if I wanted it. Very dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled. I arrived at Precision Toyota with my 2005 Matrix, just for routine service, but found that I would soon be requiring far more maintenance than just an oil change and tire rotation. I've been wanting a Prius V ever since I first read about them and this seemed like my moment for change. After all, I'd been driving the Matrix for 6 and a half years... Dale Pierce was very accomodating in showing me the precise vehicle that I wanted. He gave very thorough instructions on the use of the Prius and was very patient with me. I hadn't planned on buying a car that day and really didn't have hours to spend making this large purchase, but Dale and John, in the finance area, made the sale as quick and efficient as possible. I love this car! And can only reflect on the day I bought it with great satisfaction. I highly recommend Precision Toyota for their high level of professionalism. After all, I had purchased the Matrix there, the same day my friend purchased a used Avalon from them, and had the Matrix serviced only there. I have always been treated very well and very respectfully by everyone at this dealership, and would recommend them to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle, or service. More
