Overall I had a great car buying experience at this dealership. The sales consultant Albert was kind and courteous. He showed the car and explained most of the things about the car. But I had a bad experience with the finance person. I asked the finance guy to send my loan documents to local credit union, but he did not honor my request. He sent to Wells Fargo, but he matched the credit union's APR rate. So I recommend you go prepared before you meet the finance guy at this dealership. This way you can get good APR and negotiation power. Also, you need to be careful when you purchase the extended warranty. I was told $0 deductible when I applied. But I received the agreement with $50 deductible. I need to call the finance guy again to cancel the original warranty agreement in order to get a new one with $0 deductible. More
