I arrived at Precision Toyota with my 2005 Matrix, just for routine service, but found that I would soon be requiring far more maintenance than just an oil change and tire rotation. I've been wanting a Prius V ever since I first read about them and this seemed like my moment for change. After all, I'd been driving the Matrix for 6 and a half years... Dale Pierce was very accomodating in showing me the precise vehicle that I wanted. He gave very thorough instructions on the use of the Prius and was very patient with me. I hadn't planned on buying a car that day and really didn't have hours to spend making this large purchase, but Dale and John, in the finance area, made the sale as quick and efficient as possible. I love this car! And can only reflect on the day I bought it with great satisfaction. I highly recommend Precision Toyota for their high level of professionalism. After all, I had purchased the Matrix there, the same day my friend purchased a used Avalon from them, and had the Matrix serviced only there. I have always been treated very well and very respectfully by everyone at this dealership, and would recommend them to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle, or service. More

Joe worked with me on price. I had a printed offer from another dealer, Joe's price was higher, however he matched that price. Had an issue with getting my "hold" deposit back from Precision, I called Joe, another dealer, Joe's price was higher, however he matched that price. Had an issue with getting my "hold" deposit back from Precision, I called Joe, he looked into why, called me back in 40 minutes, stated the check would be sent out the next day. My experience with this dealership went downhill very quickly as soon as the financing process started. The finance officer made everything he could do to pressure and cajole me into adding a service war quickly as soon as the financing process started. The finance officer made everything he could do to pressure and cajole me into adding a service warranty and an alarm system that I didn't need and would have substantially raised my monthly payment. It didn't matter how many times I told him no it wouldn't drop it and used every scare tactic he could. He told me that maintenance on a hybrid was very expensive and I'd be crazy not to get the service warranty. After leaving there I felt really bad about my purchase, I wish I had walked out on the guy before signing the papers. The car I purchased was a trade in and the previous owner still has the other set of keys after two months! The person who took the trade in neglected to get them and I've called several times and was told that they would contact him and try and get the keys. Its been a month and I still only have one set of keys and its two hundred dollars for a new set. I find it irresponsible of the dealership to take the trade in without getting all of the equipment first. This was not an optional piece of equipment, two sets came standard with the car and it was never disclosed to me that it was missing equipment. After speaking to some other people around town I find out that they also had bad experiences with this dealership and go out of their way to buy and service their toyotas across town at Desert Toyota. Overall this has been a very negative experience for me and I wish I had asked around first before deciding to buy a car from them. More
