Very nice & kind. This is the second vehicle I bought from precision and I wouldn't go anywhere else. This purchase however was not perfect I wanted and requested an extended warranty but when I went in from precision and I wouldn't go anywhere else. This purchase however was not perfect I wanted and requested an extended warranty but when I went into the office all the paperwork was printed out already and I was told to call back on Thursday that he would see about adding this to my loan. The bank would not add this after the fact and I was told i would have to pay 1700 out of pocket if I wanted it. Very dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled. I purchased a brand new vehicle and should have been able to get the extended warranty. Heidi H. More
