I spent way too much time there for "Deal"that was supposed to be almost agreed upon over the phone! Time spent was close to 5 hours from beginning to end, never had that happen at any other deale was supposed to be almost agreed upon over the phone! Then I was horrified the nest day, Saturday when I saw all the water spots that were baked on to the paint, whoever washed it, more like rinsed it , did not wipe it down completely and then was left in the sun , and the spots were "baked in". That person should be fired! It took me 3-4 hours to get the spots out, then Sunday I saw water spot on the windshield and all the glass on the drivers side and rear door, and just today I finally got rid of about 90% of them with 000 steel wool! I spent alot of time getting that vehicle free and some are still there I'm sure. If that is any way that you people treat a vehicle, Im not bringing it back there ever! This is why the overall rating is EXTREMELY BAD! Your dealership is not a qualityplace of business, I paid alot for that vehicle and more than I should of, at least the vehicle should of been perfect on the outside! I'm extremely mad of this whole experience! I will NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! More
We bought a new Toyota Corolla three days ago from Precision Toyota, and are happy to report the outstanding service and purchase price that we received. Prior to contacting any dealers, we thoroughly researched this car and pricing. My wife first called Mr. Abbasi (Sales Consultant) and visited the dealership alone for a test drive. She appreciated his sincere, matter-of-fact, and no-pressure style. The initial itemized quote that Mr. Abbasi provided, without any negotiating, was already the target price we were happy to pay based on our research. We returned two days later ready to purchase the car. However, we still remained skeptical and battle ready after having bad experiences at other dealerships buying cars and with sales people. We were first greeted by Mr. Abbasi, who was very friendly and gracious. After test driving the car, we sat down to go over the paperwork. We were relieved to discover that the quote and terms that he previously shared remained exactly the same. No surprises, no bait-and-switches, and no shenanigans. As you may know, there are a lot of forms to sign when buying a new car, but Mr.Abbasi and Mr. Betancourt (the Finance Manager who we visited next) were very professional and efficient. This meant a lot to us, especially because we had our two small children with us (my son enjoyed the coloring book that Mr. Abbasi gave him). Mr. Betancourt was also very friendly and gracious. And like Mr. Abbasi, we felt comfortable with Mr. Betancourt, who treated us honestly and respectfully. The whole visit, including the test drive and purchase process, took less than one hour. The vehicle itself is terrific. We are extremely happy with it and the whole car buying experience. For these reasons, and based on our research and experiences elsewhere, we would definitely buy from Precision Toyota again and recommend them to our friends and family. They earned it. More

I was very impressed with the service I received from the people I dealt with. Danny was exceptiional. He was to the point and didn't give me some awful sales speech. I was trying to decide what vehicle I wanted to buy in the future and when he showed me all of my choices I was able to make that decision. I told him my circumstances and he worked with me and was able to make me a great offer. I didn't plan on buying a vehicle the day I stopped in but working with Danny he helped make my decision much easier. He is an asset to your company. As for Louie, he was just as fantastic. He was very personable and made me feel more at ease taking on a new car payment. I wouldn't have been able to afford the vehicle I have if he hadn't approved me for the financing rate I recieved. Thank you Louie! You rock! I mention these fabulous people because they helped me through a process that is somethimes too overwhelming for people. I have been considering buying a vehicle for months and decided to stop by your dealership to make a final decision of what I should be looking at purchasing in the next few months. I didn't plan on leaving with a new car but Danny and Louie made this happen for me. I love my new camry and I will let everyone I know how fabulous these people are and how willing they are to work with their customers! Kudos to Danny and Louie! More
The dealership was extremely busy the day I came in, but Armando made sure I felt like a valued customer. Since we were still considering whether we were even interested in buying a car, he recommended that I call his boss, Paul Barker, and continue the conversation about available cars. Paul made sure to ask us what was most important to our family when purchasing a car, therefore, identifying cars that would match our needs. Armando called to make sure we had been able to speak with Paul and I was able to converse with him about the two cars we were considering. He made sure we had a time to come in to test drive the car (in the parking lot) because it had not yet been mechanically looked though and set up a contingent contract based on our approval after the car had been serviced and we had done a road test. Between Armando and Paul we received excellent care...from discovering our needs, answering questions, scheduling, communication, and contracts. It is great to see the Precision Team in action and refreshing to see cooperation among employees in an effort to put the customer first. Thanks for everything! More

I have never had such a great experience in buying a car. Usually you are there for a few hours if not half your day! I was in and out in a couple of hours. These two gentlemen gave me exactly what i needed and asked for. I didnt thing i was going to get something so nice and safe do to my negative equity do to a previous dealer that i will NEVER go back to. asked for.
