I went into the dealership for the service called “What’s my car worth” since I have ordered a new one and going to sell or trade in my current one. They said it’s sales division’s job and it should an exact staff member who values my car, since I have a pending ordered car with him as my salesperson. They asked me to wait at the dealership until he finishes up with his current customers. I waited for two hours and still he want’s finished yet. I was done and talked to the reception and asked why cannot they perform a scheduled service category if it’s not my current advisor. The guy went to my salesperson and he had to come to me away from his desk. But he had no idea about this service category and was not even willing to do this valuation. All he tried was finding the payoff of my cure car, which he couldn’t and asked me to go to a nearby used car seller, to get an estimate. It seems like once Precision staff makes a sale, they just don’t care about the customer’s needs. If I wanted to go to someplace else, I could’ve gone there, not scheduling this with Precision. Highly disappointed about this and hope they will correct their service category “What’s my car worth “ to “What’s my car worth? Go to a different seller”! More
I don’t like paying for tires, brakes and windshield wipers to be checked. Seems like something we can do ourselves and to bring it in is a big waste of time. They should at least check the sprayers. In for oil change, advised service person maintenance required notice already on. Upon “completion” of the job, I paid. Receipt stated no oil change or filter exchanged. Asked what they charged me for th required notice already on. Upon “completion” of the job, I paid. Receipt stated no oil change or filter exchanged. Asked what they charged me for then?? Top off and some vehicle inspection?? Not what I asked for. Explanation then was, it still needed 1k miles before the req oil change. Well I could have made a decision to return at that time or do complete oil change then. Spent 2 hours waiting for a brief inspection with an appt. I was asked to wait another 2 hours, I told them my only day off and was not planning on spending my whole day at dealership lobby. Their mistake, they provided a loaner, but still want another $80 in addition for correcting their mistake. Very disappointed. Will not use this location again. Service guy stated he was new, and try offer waive the oil change and make it right, then called me and told me his manager said no and I have to cover full amount. More
