I don’t like paying for tires, brakes and windshield wipers to be checked. Seems like something we can do ourselves and to bring it in is a big waste of time. They should at least check the sprayers. Pa More

The issue with the sprayer not working is concerning, this should have been checked during the inspection, I will use this opportunity to coach my technician. Hi Aurelia, Thank you for your feedback. I did some research and found that the vehicle was purchased earlier this year in California. Prior to sale, an oil change was performed. Per Toyota's parameters, the vehicle should be serviced every 5,000 miles or 6 months, however, the oil is scheduled to be changed every 10,000 miles or 12 months. The service with no oil includes tire rotation, top fluids, lube chassis, and brake and safety inspection. It seems as though this was not properly conveyed to you by our advisor, and for that I apologize. Please understand that we do not provide complimentary rentals for maintenance services. We did make an exception in your case because we wanted to ensure you had a positive experience. We hope you accept our apology and know the rental was provided in good faith.
