I have purchased several cars from this dealership in the past and have always had a great experience. Recently, I had a major electrical problem in a vehicle that I bought from them which was out of warran past and have always had a great experience. Recently, I had a major electrical problem in a vehicle that I bought from them which was out of warranty. They managed to figure out the solution in less than a day and the cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. Another dealership's garage told me that the car's computer was bad and wanted $1200 plus for an incorrect repair. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking to buy a new or used Chrysler vehicle and/or that has repair needs More

7/26/2012 we bougth a brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo (manufactured 6/2012) with only 10 miles on it. Within 20 hours we experienced major electrical malfunctions that made the car unsafe to drive Loredo (manufactured 6/2012) with only 10 miles on it. Aside from the vehicle starting, all dummy lights came on, and there was no power to the front of the vehicle, No A/C, radio, window, spedometer, blinkers, headlights, etc. It was back in the dealer on 7/28, and on 7/29 we had the same issues. It has been in the dealer ever since 7/30/2012, and we have been renting a car. We have now put out > $1250 in rental car fees, and have our new car payment (> $500)this week. We also took out the extended warranty that covers a rental car, but I cannot file a claim because it has to be initiated from the dealer. Still waiting for a loaner???? How does this happen, you spend > $30,000 on a purchase, and get treated like this? On multiple occasions we have asked to speak to the owner, we have yet to hear from them. This is downright inexcusable. Needless to say, we have had to take this to the top. Still waiting for Chrysler "to make this right". More

My husband and I happened to stroll into Precision's dealership one Saturday afternoon JUST to take a LOOK at some of the jeeps. Upon meeting Roy(one of the salesmen), who came across very honest, genu dealership one Saturday afternoon JUST to take a LOOK at some of the jeeps. Upon meeting Roy(one of the salesmen), who came across very honest, genuine, knowledgeable and friendly, we were hooked. He took us around the lot, came on the test-drives with us and was extremely responsive to all of our questions. As if we didn't have enough to say about Roy, then we met Justin(sales manager). He gave us an awesome offer for our trade-in and on the Jeep Compass. Long story short, we had signed papers and drove out of the lot in our new car in less than a week! I have been to many dealerships in my life where the sales people are pushy and extremely out for themselves. If you're looking for the complete opposite, this is the place. We will definitely be back to Precision to get our next car!!! More

We walked in that afternoon looking for a Jeep and my daughter drove away in her new Jeep at 6:00 p.m. the same day. We've dealt with many dealerships over the years, always buying new cars and Jeeps, and I have to say I've never met a salesman like Marvin Wellins. He is, by far, the best. He listened to exactly what we wanted, and got it for us. He wasn't pushy like most salesmen and no double talk. He made our experience an excellent one. I will definitely go back to Precision when I decide it's time to trade my Jeep in and buy a new one. And I will definitely look for Marv. The only thing that Precision could have done better was to put more gas in the Jeep. It was below a 1/4 of a tank. A full tank of gas would have been the icing on the cake. More

I was looking for a mid-size SUV and drove every brand/style that was available. My daughter & husband purchased a Durango last year and I really liked it but felt it was too big. They didn't even know that the Journey was it's little brother!!! Anyway...when I went to look at the Jeeps...they happened to have a Journey in the showroom. I didn't pay much attention to it as I was "Jeep shopping" that day but...when I explained what I was looking for...Dan Gino (the salesman) brought me over to the Journey and gave me the full tour! I loved the car but continued my search to make sure that was the car for me and after stopping in at Precision a few times...I leased the perfect car for me. Both Dan and his manager, Justin were so easy to deal with...I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Price was great too! More

I had a deal going at another dealer which was a "HIGH VOLUME MEGA DEALER" and I had a deposit there as well. Decide to go to Precision Jeep since they were 3 miles fom my home since I started noti "HIGH VOLUME MEGA DEALER" and I had a deposit there as well. Decide to go to Precision Jeep since they were 3 miles fom my home since I started noticing the other dealer getting a little shady. I walked in at 2:30 on a Monday and by 3:30 had the other dealer refund my deposit and at 6:30 was signing the papers at Precision and driving home in not only the Jeep I wanted but a Sahara for literally a few dollars more a month (literally $2 or $3) more than what the "Mega Dealer" was selling me a pretty much base Wrangler for. I had a deposit at the "Mega Dealer" for 7 days when I was PROMISED delivery in 3 Days on the 7th day when I was told they were still working on it is when I had enough and went to Precision and did the ENTIRE Deal in 6 hours which included Trading in a Car and starting all the paper work from scratch and taking delivery plus it could have been done quicker if I had not slowed them down due to having to leave and come back a couple hours later. In a nutshell I was in the market or a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and I told the "Mega Deaer" what I wanted my payments at they said that it could not be done so they worked a deal on a Sport S with really no options for $3 less than my Target amount which was good to me at the time but they couldn't get me my color of choice. When they started jerking me around an began lying including the managers feeding me BS I decided to go to a smaller local dealer. Well not only did I get my color of choice I got my Sahara for the payment I set out to get and they had it in stock. They did this in one afternoon after 7 days of the big guys wasting my time. So this is my 12th vehicle in the last 6 years and what happened next has NEVER and I repeat NEVER happened to me before. Precision Jeep called me the next day to come Re-sign all of my paper work because they shopped the Financing and got me a lower interest rate and LOWERED MY PAYMENTS BY $5 AND GOT ME AN EXTENED WARRANTY!!!!!! So at the end of this deal I not only got the Vehicle I Originally set out for I got one with More Options, an EXTENED Warranty AND CHEAPER PAYMENTS THEN I ORIGINALLY WANTED!!!!!!!! I don't know what else to say other than Dan G. My sales Rep and Joe the Manager and Steve B. the Finance are straight shooting men who will NOT waste your time and never once felt pressured or dishonest. They make you happy to give them your money and they have the customers interest as there number 1 priority and let me tell you they respect the customers and the customers money. I know this is a HUGE Post but after experiencing a scamming, lying "Mega Dealer" it's a great thing to know that there is a business like Precision Jeep. If your are in the market these Men are the ones to see. I CAN NOT Thank them enough. More

My husband and I stopped, as I was looking to replace my existing car. When we arrived, it seemed like everyone was busy with other customers, however, Marvin came over and immediately helped us, even thou existing car. He showed me was I was looking for; a Jeep Grand Cherokee, got the keys for us to take a look at it, and then professionally handed us over to Dan, who did a fantastic job of describing the car, the features, and went with us to test drive the car. Even though we were just "looking" Dan and Joe were very informative and helpful. We ended up coming back today and purchasing the Grand Cherokee, they made the process painless and stressfree, when most times this process is long and frustrating.
