AN EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER I have just had the pleasure working with Eric Tichenor while trying to locate a newer vehicle for my family. Spending the last two weeks going from I have just had the pleasure working with Eric Tichenor while trying to locate a newer vehicle for my family. Spending the last two weeks going from dealership after dealership, it seems I saved the best for last. The staff at Power Nissan was by far the friendliest I had encountered. Eric brought his "A" game and provided nothing short of 100% for me. He not once pressured me into anything, and went out of his way to ensure my wife was comfortable with the whole process. Instead of buying a new vehicle, I chose to purchase a certified used Nissan Pathfinder. I thought I would have to spend a long time to wheel-and-deal to get the price I wanted however eric and the manager had me totally completed in what I would consider a record time. I want to thank off of the staff at Power Nissan for everything they do and I know that when I purchase my next vehicle, I will not have to save the best for last because Power Nissan will be my first Choice. I will NOT be a return customer I bought my first new car here. I was happy at first...when I went looking to trade it in, I found a car, almost exactly like the one I traded for th I bought my first new car here. I was happy at first...when I went looking to trade it in, I found a car, almost exactly like the one I traded for the new one (I received $1500 trade) they were selling for $12,500. It had MORE miles than what I traded. Well, they need to make money too. Anyway, the used car I was looking at purchasing was a 7 yo Mercedes and I was trading my 2 yo Sentra. The Mercedes did NOT have the amenities my Sentra has and it is older with 2x the miles. But, if they came down on the asking price, I could have lower payments, and that was what I was really looking for. The "manager" did not want to drop the price AT ALL but offered to sell me a Caprice with almost the same miles as the Mercedes and even older and even less amenities. The fact is, the "manager" did not want me to have the Mercedes. Why? Ask him. I am not good enough I guess, in his opinion to drive a high-end car, even if I can afford it. They have lost my business and all business from my friends and family. They discriminate. More

Awesome customer satisfaction!!! Miguel Cobian is a excellent salesmen. He made us feel like he was doing everything to make sure we where happy with the choice of car. My son lost hi Miguel Cobian is a excellent salesmen. He made us feel like he was doing everything to make sure we where happy with the choice of car.
