REVIEW OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY- WHICH IS AWESOME!!!!! I have bought three cars from this dealership over time. I currently have a new Nissan Altima. I love it. I have had many unique needs as I am physica I have bought three cars from this dealership over time. I currently have a new Nissan Altima. I love it. I have had many unique needs as I am physically disabled and deal with a lot of all over body pain due to a degenerative nerve condition, which is just one of my problems. However, the reason I am talking about this is to lay the groundwork for how much and how well Eric Lindemann and his team have gone out of their way to take care of me- me, and my car. The have been proactive in finding and fixing potential issues that could help me be more comfortable in the car, and the service is, of course, the best of the best. I have owned a lot of vehicles in my life, and this one is my favorite- not necessarily because it is my favorite car (it is in the top three) but because it is in the top three favorites AND because I have been getting and continue to get the best service ever. Eric has been especially accommodating in the area of appointment timing. I sometimes (okay, like always) run late. Eric knows this and always works me into the schedule and gets everything done perfectly. I'm also super super retentive about how the interior of the car looks. Don't get me wrong, I love to have a clean outer car as much as the next guy- but I'm inside the car and it is a comfort zone for me. So, whenever I have it hand washed he makes sure they do all the little things inside the car that drive me crazy. (Trust me, most of these things are ridiculous. But he remembers them all.) I never ever have to ask him to remember to do something because he is telling me what he will be doing before I can ever tell him what I want done. It's amazing. And, he has handled some super complicated complications that I have brought to him to fix. Like entire coffees spilling (black only- no creamer, thank goodness!) etc. Whatever it is, he always fixes it. Service is the best I've ever had with any vehicle.
