Customer Not Important Stay away from this location, my family spend most of our day at the dealership which we expected and even got the vehicle we wanted. The issues star Stay away from this location, my family spend most of our day at the dealership which we expected and even got the vehicle we wanted. The issues started right when we started to sign the documents the finance manager was rude and seem like she did not want to be there and even complained about having to work extra days due to other managers being on vacation. When then found out that she messed up our documents by putting down the wrong amount to be financed (taxes). Then when my wife tried to call them they didn't want to help and started blaming us about the mistake of using the wrong percentage 6.8% instead of 8% or 9%. This mistake is going to cost us $300 more. Stay away very unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing and will be a negative outcome. More

Instead of just saying go push this button, he immediately fired up his computer and after asking the date of car found the proper picture to show me exactly which button to push. Well worth stopping by even though I was driving a different vehicle. More

Disappointing and a major letdown We stopped in to look at the rogue and murano. My first impression was very positive. I went inside to the receptionist who direct a salesperson to he We stopped in to look at the rogue and murano. My first impression was very positive. I went inside to the receptionist who direct a salesperson to help us. I told him we were here to look at the rogue first. I also informed him we looked at the lot after hours and saw a couple we wanted to look at. We went to the first rogue and he went over the features with us and then said it wouldn't make any sense to look at the other rogue because it didn't have as many features. I asked to look at the other one and he went on and on about how it didn't make sense. Finally I said I wanted to look at the other one and over we went. I also asked to look at a murano so he showed me a used one that was right there. I didn't like the color or the little dings and scratches it had inside and he informed me that if I bought black rims I would love it which I responded with NO. we then walked over to a new one which we were very impressed with the looks. That's when the high pressure sales pitch came in and the let's go inside and work up a deal. I asked about rebates on the cars and was told "yeah there's some rebates". We asked how much the rebates were? We were told " look I will give you all the rebates you qualify for" repeatedly then we were asked to go inside and work out a deal. Finally he decided to walk away when we wouldn't go inside to work out a deal. The cars on the lot were dirty and the one rogue we were interested in had a rather large scratch right down the door and I was dismissed when I pointed it out. "That's nothing, it'll buff right out". Honestly I expect some pressure when shopping for a car but the one thing I've never experienced was someone actually wanting me to buy a car without even a test drive. We were never offered one and the impression given was that we could drive it after we paid for it. For the record we were allowed to start the cars and were impressed with rogue but the murano seats were extremely comfortable to sit in. So there will be a visit to a Portland area Nissan dealer. More
