We went carshopping for our 16 year old daughter's first car. Lexi has been saving for a year and a half for her first car. Byron shuttled us to 2 other Power lots besides the first one we were at laughin car. Lexi has been saving for a year and a half for her first car. He spoke about finding the car that fits each person which was really nice also. Lexi lit up when we looked at the car and sat inside it for the first time. I could tell this was the one !! We worked with Byron and Sean who was also fantastic !! You all made us feel right at home as if we were company coming to visit your homes. Bruce was great about explaining each paper to Lexi as she sign her first car papers. The other sales people interacted with us and I have purchased a lot seriously a lot of vehicles and this was the very best experience I've ever had !! Thank you all so much. We came to the dealership to get some basic information about the new Murano. We were greeted right away by sales consultant R.J. Clemente, who was very personable, helpful and very knowledgable about the about the new Murano. We were greeted right away by sales consultant R.J. Clemente, who was very personable, helpful and very knowledgable about the vehicle. He let us look around at our own pace and answered all our questions without being "pushy". He demonstrated all the features of the vehicle including its advanced technology, economy, ergonomics and safety; but he didn't overwhelm us with jargon or talk over our heads. Although we are not quite ready to purchase a vehicle at this time, it was a very pleasurable experience and we feel like we were dealing with a family friend rather than a salesman. We will definately be back when we are ready to buy, and will ask for R.J. He also introduced us to the sales manager, but I didn't get his card and can't recall his name. He had good things to say about R.J. and made us feel very welcome at the dealership and thanked us for coming in. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

Jay contacted me after my father told him I may be interested in buying a new truck. He called me periodically and talked to me about the options. He called one last time last Saturday and interested us enough to make a trip from Estacada to Salem to look at some trucks. Quite a long drive! When we got there he was tied up with other clients so William helped us out. William found the truck that met ALL our requirements. We waited for the truck to arrive and it was the one. I liked that when we told them what we wanted they didn't try to convince us to settle on anything under our needs. We were firm on payment and price and Sean worked out the BEST possible deal we could get. Lee Greene has been our mechanic for years, and the whole gang (Steve, Debbie and Rich) are more like friends after all these years, greeting me with a big hello. After 133,000 miles, my Maxima runs as well as it ever did. I swear it even gets better mileage (28 on hwy, 20 in town) than it did new! -- Happy Camper! More
