2 months ago I bought a brand new Nissan Xterra. After driving around and putting about 3500 miles I decided that it was not the right fit for me. I went back to see Sean and Jay at the Power Nissan deal driving around and putting about 3500 miles I decided that it was not the right fit for me. I went back to see Sean and Jay at the Power Nissan dealership in Salem to see what could be done. Well let me tell you, they did it again. This is the second time in my short 52 years they did their magic and gave me back 100% of the money that I spent buying my Xterra. They could have given me back only blue book value since it was a used vehicle now with extra 3500 miles on it, but not POWERS NISSAN. Sean and Jay’s only concern was to find me a vehicle that I would be happy with. With their guidance and professional expertise they recommended I try a brand new Pathfinder. This vehicle was fully loaded with all the bells and whistles, and gave me a huge discount (1000’s). And I mean HUGE discount!!! They were able to offer financing that fit my budget and satisfied my wife’s needs. They even added a lot of components to go with the car at no charge. Folks let me tell you, you will never ever find any, and I mean any car lot dealer like Powers Nissan and their employees like Sean and Jay that have costumer’s satisfaction as a priority on their mind from the time you step into their lot. You guys need to work on your costumer service in the parts department. I'm not trying to get anyone fired or into trouble. I do however feel you guys caused me a few days without my truck. I wanted to have a part sent next day air on Friday and was told that it wouldn't be worth paying extra to have it one day sooner since it was being shipped from the west coast. I could have had my part Monday had it been sent next day like I asked. Instead I was told it would be in Tuesday. It is now Tuesday morning and when I called and asked about my part I was told it wouldn't be in today, that you guys would have to now over night it just to get it here by tomorrow. I should have been able to put my motor back together and install it today but instead I have had to wait two extra days because of your parts department. I understand my part wasn't that expensive but I told your parts guy it was the last part I needed to put my motor back together, so it was very important I had my part fast. Maybe you guys should work a little harder on making sure you listen to what the costumers want. More

I've had an amazing experience at this dealership. They have great customer service and they make buying a car so easy and hassle free. I worked with Yovani and he was very considerate of my needs. Keeping that in mind he showed me the perfect car that fit my needs and my budget. He never rushed me or tried pressuring me into buying a car that I didn't like even though we spent nearly 6 hours test driving cars. He was very patient and cooperative. At the end of the day, everyone was happy and I walked out with a new car! Sadly, about 3 weeks later I got into a horrible accident and totaled my car. A few days later, I got in touch with Yovani and went back in to buy another new car. They had the same friendly service and again they were very cooperative. Yovani worked with me all day for nearly 3 days to find a me car that I liked. Finally, I found the car I wanted! Eventhough, it seemed as if I was going to be turned down for this car, Yovani still made it happen! I was so happy (Once Again!). I love my new car and if it wasn't for DJ and Yovani, I wouldn't be driving it. They always make it happen! I reccommend this dealership to ANYONE who wants to buy a new or used car. They have ALOT of options available and something that fits everyones needs and budget! =) More
