My son and I were very unsure of what to purchase for his first car. I did not want to co-sign with him, and we were not sure if he would be qualify for a loan on his own. Rick, Sean, and Lisa were great. We were concerned we couldn't afford a new car but Rick was very reassuring. Lisa worked very hard to get us a good interest rate. I would also like to mention that we are a lesbian couple and have experienced discrimination in the past. The staff here were all very friendly and accepting. We had never been to this dealership until we needed service on our 2005 Titan which we purchased about a year ago. At 62,000 miles we thought our transmission was slipping, found out we needed the re service on our 2005 Titan which we purchased about a year ago. At 62,000 miles we thought our transmission was slipping, found out we needed the rear differential replaced for $3,500. We had a warranty, but the warranty company decided they would only replace a used differential from another '05. We had found out that the '05 Titans were prone to differential failure and did not want a used part. Thanks to Steve Powers, who dealt directly with the warranty company,we were able to get a brand new differential, fully covered, for only our $100 co-pay! Thank you so much Steve for your great service...we will be back for all our service in the future. More
