I started my search on-line and then called Power Nissan and spoke with Jay Palacio. Jay listened carefully to my circumstances and concerns, made very helpful suggestions, and even suggested that I consid and spoke with Jay Palacio. He was never "pushy" -- never tried to persuade me to purchase anything more or less than I needed. And when my old car died suddenly, Jay went out of his way to make time for me to take a test drive and complete a purchase asap, even though he was up to his earlobes with customers that day! Awesome job, Jay! Lisa Bennett was able to work with my circumstances to get a great rate on a loan with manageable monthly payments, and she had all the paperwork organized so that execution of the purchase went very quickly, yet she took time to explain the parts about which I had questions. Sean Alderman did an excellent job being what a good manager should be: He was friendly and available, but not obtrusive or interfering. Way to go, dude! And I want to add a couple of words about a few other Power Nissan folks. A very nice fellow whose name is not on the list did the final detailing on the car I bought. He skipped his lunchbreak without a word of complaint so that my car would be ready to go right away, and he did a beautiful job! Thank you! In addition, Rick Gilpin filled in for Jay, when I returned for sealants, and he was super! He explained why Jay could not be thre, spent some time with me explaining what the service folks were going to do, showed me where the work was going to be done, and walked me to the service department and introduced me to folks there. He made me feel as if I were part of the Power family! :) Thank you, Rick! I also want to thank Chris, who drove me to work and then later picked me up when the work was done. He was friendly and nice, made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and his driving was perfect! Last but not least, when I returned to pick up my car, Debbie Waters showed me where it was parked, and made a lovely comment about that beautiful gleaming Pathfinder that now was mine. :) That was icing on the proverbial cake! Great job, you guys! I don't expect to need another car for a long time, but when I do, I'll be back on your doorstep! More

Power Nissan held a special event the evening of 14 Sept. 2012 to introduce the All-New 2013 Altima. Nissan had a representative in attendance and there were lots of friendly Power people available to answer 2012 to introduce the All-New 2013 Altima. Nissan had a representative in attendance and there were lots of friendly Power people available to answer questions. My wife and I attended the event and had a great time! I was fortunate enough to test drive a new Altima. I say fortunate because the car is amazing! Move over Camry and Accord you're not in the same league. The Altima drives like a sports sedan with a positive feel for the road, lots of power and a silky smooth transmission. We bought a Nissan Maxima just four months ago (from Power Nissan) so we know what a great car feels like to drive and the 2013 Altima felt terrific!
