Chris, Let me start off by saying I appreciate your business despite the fact that you're leaving a distasteful review at this current time because you are upset. I spoke to both you & your wife on Friday, not one time was there a mention of any concerns to do with the price of your vehicle. It may be because according to J.D. Power WHOLESALE VALUE on your exact vehicle at the time of purchase was $46,540 & RETAIL VALUE was $50,000 which you paid under J.D. Power Wholesale Value.  As you stated the extended warranty was "SUGGESTED" not required! As a practice every dealership offers you products that may be of value to the consumer, if you find value in them it's your choice to either purchase or decline.  At any time you could have walked away if you didn't find value in what we were selling, but you didn't! You are an educated buyer and you knew you were getting a fair deal on the vehicle that's why you went through with the purchase.  As far as your registration goes, my salesman forwarded you a copy of your permanent registration along with the fedex tracking number. It was our intention to provide you with your registration before the 45th day but due circumstances outside of our control (delay with fedex pickup) that didn't take place which I truly apologize for. In closing, your vehicle is registered in which you have a copy of the permanent registration & can operate your vehicle legally. It is our intention to provide a great product as well as great customer service, in this instance the product is great and the customer service may of fell short. We are constantly working with our staff on improving our services. Hopefully next time around we will exceed your expectations!  Kind regards, Management
