Had a really good experience buying my BMW X5 here. Adrian first helped me when I came in and was super patient while I looked around. Ivan helped me out and thankfully didn’t turn it into the 4 hour sales presentation I was expecting. The X5 was exactly what I was looking for. Alpine White, black interior, panoramic roof, head up display, 360 camera, Harman Kardon and the climate comfort stuff. I have kids so I wanted something with room but I also wasn’t ready to drive something that felt like a school bus lol. The X5 is really comfortable and drives way smaller than it looks. Ivan was good about giving me space. I asked questions, drove the car, walked around it probably 5 times and nobody was rushing me. Once I decided to move forward Federico came in to help with the deal and Patricia handled the finance end. Both were nice and explained everything clearly. I’m definitely somebody who reads what I’m signing so I appreciated not being pushed through it at 100 mph. Been driving the BMW for a bit now and I’m very happy with it. Quiet, comfortable, plenty of power and all the tech I actually wanted. Overall a much easier experience than I expected. I honestly wasn’t planning on buying a car that day lol. I went to Power Motors East just to look at an Acura RDX I saw online and ended up leaving with it. That alone made me relax a little. The RDX looked even better in person. The red leather is what got me first but it had way more stuff than I realized. Panoramic roof, heated seats, adaptive cruise, blind spot, navigation and the sound system is really good. I drive a lot for work so I wanted something comfortable but still cute and sporty and this checked everything for me. Federico helped when we started going over the deal and Patricia handled the finance paperwork. I’m the type that asks a question and then thinks of 3 more questions 5 minutes later lol and both of them were patient with me. Nobody made me feel rushed or like I was holding things up. I’ve had the Acura for a little bit now and I’m really happy I went with it. Comfortable, looks amazing and has all the features I actually use every day. Really good experience overall. Ended up going with the blue 330i and I’m really happy I did. The Portimao Blue looks awesome in person and the car had way more options than I expected. M Sport package, head up display, 360 camera, remote start, ambient lighting, wireless charging. Pretty much all the stuff I’d actually use. It drives really smooth too and has enough power where it’s still fun without being ridiculous for everyday driving. Kendall helped with the deal and Patricia handled the finance paperwork. Adrian helped me and was honestly very patient because I had about a million questions lol. He never made me feel like I should already know the answers or like I was wasting his time. The BMW was beautiful in person. Dark gray with the black interior and it had a lot more features than I originally realized. I absolutely love the head up display and the ambient lighting at night. The Harman Kardon stereo is also amazing. Remote start was something I really wanted for NY winters so that was a nice bonus too. Federico came over when we were working everything out and was very friendly and straightforward with me. Patricia helped with the finance paperwork and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I appreciated that nobody was just pointing at places and telling me to sign. I’ve had the car a little while now and I’m really happy with my decision. It drives so smooth and feels completely different from my old car. He understood that right away and didn’t make it weird or pushy. The car itself is ridiculous. Mineral White with the Cognac interior looks even better in person and it has pretty much everything I wanted. Head up display, Harman Kardon, 360 camera, ambient lighting, heated seats, red brakes, the whole setup. I’ve only had it a little bit but I’m already loving it. Super comfortable when you’re just cruising around but once you get on it you remember why everybody loves these cars lol. Federico helped me out once we started getting into the numbers and Patricia handled the finance side. Both were easy to deal with and explained what I was signing without making me feel rushed. I probably asked more questions than I needed to but nobody seemed bothered by it. Overall really solid experience. I went in expecting the usual dealership headache and it really wasn’t like that. Didn’t get that vibe at all. Norman was laid back, answered all my questions and let me actually check the car out without standing over me the whole time. I had been looking at X3s for a little while and once I saw this one I definitely liked it right away. Clean car, drove really nice and had the look I wanted. Norman never did the whole annoying salesman thing where they try to make you decide in 5 minutes. He just let me look at it, ask questions and figure it out. That made the whole thing way easier. Kendall and Federico were the managers I dealt with and both were solid too. Once we got into the paperwork and numbers I had a bunch of questions and probably asked the same thing in different ways a couple times lol. They were patient about it and explained everything without making it weird. The process took some time because buying a car always does but it never felt like I was just sitting there with no idea what was happening. The X3 has been great so far. Super comfortable, looks good, quick enough to actually be fun and it doesn’t feel huge when you’re driving it. I wanted something nicer than what I had before but still practical enough to drive everyday and this was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I’ve already had friends ask me about it and I’m definitely happy with the choice. Overall Power Motors East was a good experience for me. He let me look at the car, sit in it, go over everything and just made the whole thing feel way less stressful than I expected. I really wanted a convertible and I was so excited when I saw the Mustang. It was exactly the kind of car I had in mind and once I saw it in person I pretty much knew I wanted it. Adrian was great because he didn’t get pushy once he realized I liked it. He was just there when I needed him and answered whatever I asked. Federico and Patty also helped me during the process and both were really nice to me. There was some paperwork and obviously the normal back and forth that comes with buying a car but they explained everything and made it pretty easy. I’ve been loving the Mustang so far. Driving with the top down is honestly the best part and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it. It’s fun, it looks great and it just feels like one of those cars that puts you in a good mood when you drive it. Overall I’m really happy I went to Power Motors East. Adrian was awesome and Federico and Patty were both helpful too. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured which was probably my biggest concern going in. I would definitely go back again and I’d recommend asking for Adrian if you’re shopping there. More
