Came in to look at the 2023 Acura RDX A-Spec and ended up taking it home. Patty handled the finance stuff and explained everything clearly, and Federico checked in during the process too. Everyone was nice from start to finish. The Acura has been great so far. I really liked the red interior and pano roof but more than anything I just wanted something comfortable and sporty enough to enjoy everyday. really happy with Power Motors East and how the whole thing went. would definitely recommend them. I mainly wanted something comfortable and nice for everyday driving and this was exactly it. The panoramic roof and sound system are probably my favorite parts lol. Kendall helped with the numbers and was straight with me too. Had been putting off buying another car because honestly I hate the whole dealership process. Saw the 2026 BMW X5 online at Power Motors East and figured I’d at least go look at it. Ivan helped me out and thankfully didn’t turn it into the 4 hour sales presentation I was expecting. The X5 was exactly what I was looking for. Alpine White, black interior, panoramic roof, head up display, 360 camera, Harman Kardon and the climate comfort stuff. I have kids so I wanted something with room but I also wasn’t ready to drive something that felt like a school bus lol. The X5 is really comfortable and drives way smaller than it looks. Ivan was good about giving me space. I asked questions, drove the car, walked around it probably 5 times and nobody was rushing me. Once I decided to move forward Federico came in to help with the deal and Patricia handled the finance end. Both were nice and explained everything clearly. I’m definitely somebody who reads what I’m signing so I appreciated not being pushed through it at 100 mph. Been driving the BMW for a bit now and I’m very happy with it. Quiet, comfortable, plenty of power and all the tech I actually wanted. Overall a much easier experience than I expected. Ivan, Federico and Patricia were all good to deal with and I’d definitely shop Power Motors East again. More
