First of all, I came in here on a Sunday on father's day ready to take home a car after test driving it and inspecting the car. I was ready to negotiate and do all the paper works and then to find out that the person who handle's finance part was out of work and they don't usually do those paper works on sunday. Although, Kendal the person who we were speaking with happened to be the SALES MANAGER and he also mentioned that he does the financing but didn't bother to help us on Sunday and he also mentioned that they need to take a look at the car before they can let us take it. So we said we would come back the next day to get the car even though it was a long drive for us, we were willing to come back. He said that the car was gonna be ready by 1 pm so we should be there by then. The next day, we called around 10 am to make sure that it was okay for us to start heading since it's going to be a long drive for us. The person who answered the phone said that Kendal was too busy to answer the phone because he was with another client. Okay, understandable. Then the guy told us to call back in about 15-20 mins. So we did, and he was still busy. we kept calling back to see if he was available to talk and he was never put into the phone at all today. After a couple of hours "being on the phone with another client" we tried to get him on the phone again "now he's on the meeting". So we kept calling again to double check and maybe about 3 hours later after waiting since 10 am he was still unavailable to talk to us. It's funny how the guy who was speaking to us was able to tell us that Kendal said that the car won't be ready till the next day. So we wont be able to come to get it. But I'm a bit confused because I thought Kendal was in the meeting, how was he able to tell the guy that? LMFAOOO Anyways, we decided to look for another dealership since I didnt wanna deal with this kind of people. Seems like they don't wanna sell cars. LOL They called us around 4:40 pm to let us know that the car was ready to be picked up. So we decided to go there since we really wanted to get the car. So we told them that we might be there by 6:30pm. They said okay. Since it was around rush hour, we hit traffic and I called at 6:30pm to let them know that I was close by but was stuck in traffic. The lady who answered gave us an attitude and said we didnt tell Kendal that we were coming today, even though we called. So finally, we got there and they said that the car was getting "detailed", and before we get to see the car again, they wanted to talk about the price. So on Sunday I was given a $29k+ and monday we were given another number which was $30k+. So we were kinda confused and they all of a sudden there was so much fees added and expect us to pay almost $6k on top of the car and that's not even including the taxes and APR! So we were asking what are the fees for? They said the bank fees, VIP package including car wash for 6 months (once a month only, even though it's supposed to be free (i have attached the advertisement they posted on their website)) LMFAO and 90 days warranty for the car for EXTRA $4k??? , $1995 down payment (isn't the down payment should go towards the pricing of the car and not on top of the price? LOL) At this point we were pissed off, that we had to drive back and forth wasted gas , toll and MY TIME & ENERGY! We walked away from all the xxxxxxxx that they were telling us. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE !! I SHOULD'VE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE COMING HERE! I USUALLY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT REVIEWS BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN SECOND CHANCES OR SOMETIME'S THE CUSTOMERS SEEMS TO OVER EXAGERATE, I BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SO LONG SO I UNDERSTAND. BUT I WAS NOT EXAGERATING, I MEAN IF Y'ALL DON'T MIND PAYING EXTRA $6K ON TOP OF THE CAR PRICE AND FEES THEN BE MY GUESS. LMAO More
