DONT GET SCAMMED AND DONT TRUST THEIR WORD READ ALL BELOW Mind you I pay 900+ for this car a month Bought a car from Power motors in massapequa park about 6 months ago and I’d probably never buy a car from them again.. they talk all this warranty stuff and tell you to give them a call if your having any motor issues with the car before heading to Mercedes , but when I would , I’d never get a call back from anyone and/or they’d have me on hold for 20 mins + just to tell me that the manager ((Vaho/Vago)) is busy , and he’ll never call you back even tho he say he will… the internet listing said my car has navigation but the cars Navi has never worked , they told me they’d help me get a appointment with Mercedes Benz and they never did,THEY THREW ME TO THE BACK BURNER AFTER PURCHASING A CAR…HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. fast forward to today the website says it’s never been in an accident but I find out the passenger door HAS BEEN HIT AND REPLACE WITH NEW DOOR AND SPRAYED OVER THEY DIDNT USED BONDO SO IT WOULD BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL….. and I woulda never known about it IF THE PASSANGER DOOR HANDLE DIDNT COME OFF while someone was tryin to get in THAT DEFINITELY SHOULDNT BE HAPPENING IF THE CAR HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT from what they said !!!((noticed the the plastics INSIDE the door were painted on which a certified Mercedes Benz mechanic pointed out and said that it was definitely painted over)) JUST READ THAT OVER!^ my door handle came off after 6 months and I baby this car it’s my weekend car!!! They Also told me it still has Mercedes Benz warranty till 300k miles or 3 years but I found out by the Mercedes mechanic that Mercedes doesn’t do that !!!!! So that’s a lie so god only know what kind of “warranty” I actually have. SMH All I’m saying is don’t be fooled by their fake promises and telling you they’d help you after the purchase , and don’t believe what you see on their site cause my navigation still doesn’t work lol. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone! And let me not get started with the customer service while buying the car…. More

I spent most of my day at Power Motors today but left confident in making the right choice. Kendall, Brandon, and Tony all three men took care of me and had my best interest at heart when it was time to confident in making the right choice. I will definitely recommend buying your vehicle here especially if you're not trying to get bamboozled. I wasn't the easiest customer, but they made it their duty to provide the best customer service from pulling the car out, getting a race driving lesson from the Sales Consultant Brandon (commonly spelled), receiving damage control services from Kendall, dealing with the banks with Tony, to walking out with a new car. Great men! I might as well call them the 3 Wise Men. More

I kept seeing bad reviews about the prices of the cars so I decided to check myself. The car I was looking at (a 2020 Sonata) was 18,500. With all the additional fees the car came up to 26,400. The window st I decided to check myself. The car I was looking at (a 2020 Sonata) was 18,500. With all the additional fees the car came up to 26,400. The window sticker for the car is 26,700. There is no way I'm paying full price for a used car More
