Do not purchase from Power Ford in Albuquerque, NM. They defrauded me out of thousands and thousands of dollars, never registered it like they were required to do, sold me extra services and coverages They defrauded me out of thousands and thousands of dollars, never registered it like they were required to do, sold me extra services and coverages that weren't valid, then illegally repossessed my vehicle and sold it to another party without notifying me. And, there was other shady business going on with the vehicle , the type of temporary tag that was provided, and discrepancies between the CarFax report and what I was told when purchasing it. The sales person was new and inexperienced, as was the finance manager that made several mistakes, omitting important documents from the paperwork that I signed at the time of purchase. Fortunately, I have an experienced attorney and handling in court, but finding one that was able to take the case was also difficult, and was told by several that they couldn't help me because the owners of the franchise have retaliated against other attorneys that have represented other customers wronged by their bad business practices.
