Joseph-my service advisor- was excellent in finding a solution to the issue with my truck’s sunroof. Power Ford was also very responsive for a friend passing through Albuquerque who had a check engi solution to the issue with my truck’s sunroof. They bait you in to the dealership. As for service on truck (shimmy & a/c issue) I dropped it off on 9/27/23 and didn’t hear anything for 18 days until I initiated calls. Finally got action on repairs & progress updates daily. Although serv it off on 9/27/23 and didn’t hear anything for 18 days until I initiated calls. Finally got action on repairs & progress updates daily. Although service was like pulling teeth initially,I am satisfied with results. The service rep Darren stuck to the job relentlessly consulting techs both in house and out not to mention some retired as well. Hats of to the department. More
