I have not bought a car at Power Ford yet, but I’ve mostly had good experiences with the service department. My experience yesterday (10/24) was the best so far. The parts and service departments were exceptional. They were able to get me a great deal on a replacement lens cover for my F-150 and have it installed quickly.
