The worst experience I have ever had, started about a year ago. I bought a brand new Ford Edge with the extended warrenty, maintenance plan and gap. Took it in for service a couple of times, then about t year ago. I bought a brand new Ford Edge with the extended warrenty, maintenance plan and gap. Took it in for service a couple of times, then about the 3rd are 4th time they had informed me my maintenance plan had expired. I thought something was off so i talked to a manager at the time and he said he understood and would fix it to 4 more oil changes. ok so i went in one more time after that and he was no longer a manager at the location so they would not honor what he said. fast forward to now and i went in and said Fine ok, so i paid the $75 for the oil change. Recently recieved a mail in promotion for me to trade in my ford edge, also got emailed fall specials so i thought i would go in and try to trade in and buy another suv from power ford. Nothing but hasles since then, talked to different managers atleast tried to multiple different times. But No One Cares atleast management dont care. Also came home and looked at my previous contract from my ford edge and it says i should still be covered for maintenance. Tried to talk to finance, cause thats who service said i need to talk to about the extras that i purchased from power ford. no one calls me back left multiple messages and also emails. So bottom Line cant get answers from service cant get ansers from finance and for sure cant get any help from any kind of management. Worst customer service. More
