Staff was respectful, accommodating, prompt, and willing to recognize their limits and happy to state, "Let me get someone who can answer" with immediate results. I am concerned Dealership Policy at Power Ford is creating atmosphere that leaves customers feeling afraid to change oil regularly. We are happy with Service Rep "Katie" handling this visit. The Policy of Power Ford to create incentives for selling services is counter intuitive to keeping customers loyalty. Is my F-350 going to fail before I can return home if we don't choose to complete all recommended work after taking truck in for Recall service? Where is our incentives to continue with Ford after 45yrs? More
