Mr. Brian knighton was amazing. I was traveling across country from the state of Maryland to the state of Nevada. Unfortunately my turbo boost was going out. He was awesome. The service was originally supposed to take at least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my car was down the holiday weekend of Labor Day so parts needed to be ordered and then the service was going to take an additional 3 days. Everything was completed within a week. Particularly appreciated Matt’s personal attention to our service recall needs and getting the rear gate fastener clip ordered. I absolutely love this dealership they are the absolute best. They care about their customers, and the way they are treated. If you have ANY concerns or issues all you do is bring it to their attention an best. They care about their customers, and the way they are treated. They have courtesy people to drive you home when you drop off your vehicle to be serviced and they will also come pick you back up, FOR FREE. They want to make sure you are 100% satisfied and taken care of, and not many companies are like that. But this SPECIFIC location goes above and beyond in my personal opinion. More
