Bad experience partially saved by wonderful employee! Potampkin has alot to do in order to succeed as Genesis retailer. Currently they are not up to par. Employee training, Genesis Knowledge and amenities Potampkin has alot to do in order to succeed as Genesis retailer. Currently they are not up to par. Employee training, Genesis Knowledge and amenities to upper end clientele are lacking. The experience with Gm Mike Pena was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. He was deceitful and promised things that he later Wouldn't deliver . He even stopped answering text messages. Salesmen was inexperienced to sell this type of vehicle and nothing was explained regarding features,car highlights etc,as normally would be. Only assurance was in setting up Bluetooth. Had to return multiple times as finance and others weren't ready with paperwork. Even after contract signing had to return to dealer to resign as they needed to re date contracts. I must say the silver lining on this bad experience is the Business development manager ,Kimberly. She is professional, kind, great customer service skills and from the first contact which was very quick, she handled our situation and made things right with things that were owed to us. She is the reason I would consider returning to Potampkin for future leases. She is a great asset to the dealership and deserves recognition . Like is said in title she saved the experience. Although what happened can't be undone,she proved they can be amended by the right person. More
