My service advisor-. Ara was excellent! She was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything, went over and beyond. The service technician along with my advisor Ara was excellent! She was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything, went over and beyond. The service technician along with my advisor diagnosed the problem (when 2 other dealers could not find the problem) and completed the service in a timely manner. All of the service staff was helpful and efficient. From signing in to checking out with the cashier. It was a very good experience. Drove an hour away for service at Potamkin- and it was worth it! Mr Jorge Rey my service advisor very professional and helpful. I had a lot of questions about my Elantra 2023 he explained to me and help me to set things in my car.
