I'm writing this review regarding a situation with my new 2023 Hyundai Kona. My car horn stopped working. So this past Wednesday I went to where I purchased the car. The dealership to see if they could help 2023 Hyundai Kona. My car horn stopped working. So this past Wednesday I went to where I purchased the car. The dealership to see if they could help me. I spoke with one of the Service Agents and I was told that unfortunately I could not get the service that I desperately needed just yet. In fact I was told that I had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment for my car horn to be checked. I was very disappointed with the lack of attention I received and hoped that they would go about providing me with some type of advise or even a solution like taking my car to another Hyundai Dealership for Service. But none of this happened. I found this unacceptable because You see, it's a safety hazard and also against the law to drive a vehicle without a functioning horn. This was huge concern to me especially when my teen son drives the car as well. I made calls myself and another Hyundai dealership came thru for me. So yesterday (Friday) I went to the other dealership and I was attended to quickly. They were able to resolve the problem I was having with the car horn in just 2hrs. What a relief for me, such a weight was lifted from my shoulders. More
