I wasn't expecting to walk out with a car the same day but 3 hours later I was out the door, got the price and car I was looking for. Paola is one of the best sales people I have dealt with, very professional and knowledgable. I almost didn't go into the dealer because from the outside it's very small and run down looking but once you step inside, it's a different story. It's very nice and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definatley recommend Potamkin over the others. More

The experience I had buying my new car from Potamkin Hyundai was awesome. I only had to deal via email and phone calls, and Potamkin Hyundai had the best price by far. The Sales Manager Chris Hayek, was so easy to work with and made my purchase so easy. I had to be in Miami and Chris did not have alot of time to find the SantaFe I wanted, but he did. Frank Cabera handled they paperwork and everything was ready for me when I arrived, he also handled the delivery of the car and explained everything to me. I will buy my next new car from Potamkin Hyundai and I will refer friends and family to do the same. Their price can not be beat. More

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and paid over $1,000 for them to install a "leather" interior (aftermarket). I suspected the leather was fake from the start and after I was involved in an crash w $1,000 for them to install a "leather" interior (aftermarket). I suspected the leather was fake from the start and after I was involved in an crash where the side airbags (inside the seat) deployed it became obvious that this material inside the seats is not leather but some sort of plastic. Potamkin denies all allegations, refuses to do anything to remedy the situation and tries to pass the blame to some company that I never heard of and was not even involved in the transaction. Potamkin charged me for the leather, and they should stand behind it, not tell me to go to some shop that I am not a customer of in some other city! All this is coming from the manager of the dealer, Frank Peña. So I tried to talk to the owner, but when I called their corporate office (it was hard to get their number, they kept on telling me to come in) and kindly asked "is the owner available" I was told "no" and promptly hunp up on. The corporate office is aware of all these issues, but they choose to ignore them. When I specifically ask that the owner call me back they get some salesperson or manager to call me. I couldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. More
