None of the expected service at this survey was provided. One more thing, I brought my mom in for a trade in on her car and they left her waiting for over a week for a response. Not even for consideration she got a call back letting her know that she did not qualify or did not meet expectations. That right there is extremely unprofessional and I will not take the chance of referring another person to this dealer to be treated the same way. More
