The general manager is aware of your situation and the way you were treated and asked me to see if we could come to some sort of resolve. We are very aware of our reputation both online and in the local community. We also participate in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. This is to ensure that we stay committed to providing high quality customer service. Based our quick conversation on Saturday, your e-mail to the general manager and on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. We are disappointed in ourselves but through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership and hopefully learn from our mistakes. As sales managers this was a reminder to become more involved with each salespersons deals. Ralph might have forgotten to call you back but we should have stayed on top of this. Your business is important to us and we need every sale possible. On another note, for the past few years we have pushed Ralph to purchase new hearing aids. He did that this year but we still feel they need some "adjustment". You are not the first person to claim that Ralph did not hear you correctly. Ralph has an appointment with his audiologist on Wednesday to see what can be done. He is a good salesperson has many happy repeat customers. A negative review on DealerRater.com will hurt him and the dealership. Can we have a second chance to earn your business? You can work with a different salesperson.
