Portland Volvo and Brad on the service team did an outstanding job helping us with a complicated repair that required the car to be at the dealer for several weeks due to part availability. They provided us a brand new loaner car, did a great job keeping us informed, and making sure our life was not impacted by our car needing to be fixed.
