The finance manager, Jason Shaw, was equally excellent to work with and actually secured a rate lower than my credit union could provide. The sales office is extremely comfortable. Heck, they even have a golden retriever who walks around spreading the love. They have a fixed-price policy. Will you be able to save a few bucks elsewhere? Maybe, maybe not, but I can't imagine a better overall experience. More

I love my new car. My sales person was Cary and he was very thorough and patient with me as I weighed out my purchase options. He accomodated all my requests. Note: my 2007 S60 Volvo was totalled in a very thorough and patient with me as I weighed out my purchase options. He accomodated all my requests. Note: my 2007 S60 Volvo was totalled in a rear collision and I cannot stress how thankful I am I was in a Volvo! All safety features worked and limited my injuries from what could have been a very bad accident. Thanks Volvo! Love your product. I wouldn't drive anything else. Denise More

I am from Massachusetts and summer in Maine. I looked for vehicles in the Massachusetts area at a very reputable dealership (where I bought before). This time I was quite unsatisfied with the Massachuse for vehicles in the Massachusetts area at a very reputable dealership (where I bought before). This time I was quite unsatisfied with the Massachusetts dealership. As a women they played the going back and forth to the sales manager game. I called Ralph and saw the vehicle I was interested in. Told him the price I wanted and didn't want to play the game. He listened to what I was interested in. I saw the vehicle I was interested on the site. They gave me the price and options I was looking for and site unseen I bought the car. It was an S/80 which I am extrememly pleased with. Ralph talked to me about the S/80 vs. S/60 and provided me answers to other questions I had in a professional and friendly manner. He was fantastic I trusted him and was pleased with my purchase 100%. Jason helped with the paperwork and was also professional. I liked the dealership it was a welcoming and clean environment. It was just a fantastic experience. Thank you Ralph I look forward to seeing you this summer. More

My experience with Portland Volvo has been the best car experience that I have ever had, (and I don't even have my car yet). Unfortunately, my S60 was a victim of Hurricane Sandy on the way to Portland. Ev experience that I have ever had, (and I don't even have my car yet).
