He did not rush or pressure me, talked me through all options, and took me out on several test drives. Friendly, informative and no pressure! I just purchased a 2015.5 Volvo XC-60, T6 from Portland Volvo. Buying a new car can be daunting and, somewhat, stressful. I was pretty confident abo I just purchased a 2015.5 Volvo XC-60, T6 from Portland Volvo. Buying a new car can be daunting and, somewhat, stressful. I was pretty confident about purchasing a Volvo after doing my research and learning that Volvo owners seem to be repeat buyers or they keep their Volvo for many years. Ralph D'Angelo was my salesperson. I felt very comfortable talking to him. He allowed me to take the car for several days to really get a feel for this vehicle without observation or obligation. There was never any pressure to buy this vehicle, therefore, I could make a relaxed decision on a very big purchase! I would recommend Ralph for anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Volvo. Ralph to the Rescue!! Ralph was wonderful to work with. I drive nearly 1,000 miles a week for work and I needed a reliable vehicle that would be safe and efficient. I knew Ralph was wonderful to work with. I drive nearly 1,000 miles a week for work and I needed a reliable vehicle that would be safe and efficient. I knew I liked Ralph when we went on a test drive and he got straight to the point. He wasn't trying to sell me on something that didn't align with my expectations. He understood that I needed to make a quick decision and a fast transaction. My second visit, I showed him the car I found online and asked to take it for the day. He had the car ready for me to take within five minutes. That evening when I came back to purchase the S60 - came the daunting task of unloading the contents of my full size SUV into a sedan. I unloaded 7 moving boxes worth of stuff onto the black asphalt and headed into finance to finalize the purchase. By the time we finished it was nearly 7pm and I still had the task of moving those 7 boxes into the S60 - or so I thought.... RALPH IS INCREDIBLE!!!! While I was in finance, he some how managed to fit the contents of my SUV including to child carseats into the S60. I hopped in the drivers seat and took off!! Thank you Ralph! More

Unbelievable Service Driving by Portland Volvo I spotted an Audi A3 on their front line. What a sharp car. I had to stop in and see this vehicle. I hopped out, peeked real Driving by Portland Volvo I spotted an Audi A3 on their front line. What a sharp car. I had to stop in and see this vehicle. I hopped out, peeked real quick and then left for I did not have the time to chat with anyone at that moment. What happened after that? I went back the next day and had to inquire more on this beautiful car. As I am walking inside with my 8 year old in tow I am met by Ralph. What a sweet man he is!! Seriously, he was a no pressure type man. Did he want to make the sale? Of course, it's his job yet not once did I feel like I wouldn't be able to walk away even though I knew I was leaving with that car. Haha! Through the whole process Ralph was open and honest with any question I had. He made the experience fun and he was so knowledgeable. Speaking of fun...Jason in finance, yeah you would get a great laugh meeting with him. Super friendly, explained everything to the point where I walked away knowing what was what. Amazing. I could go on for days about how great and friendly everyone at Portland Volvo was but in order to better understand one would need to stop in and live it themselves. Let me just add one more thing...even though I purchased an Audi from a Volvo dealership, they informed me that their mechanics are cross trained and I can have any and all service done there. Score!!! This is one dealership I would recommend to anyone!! Thank you to those I dealt with at Portland Volvo on Wednesday afternoon. Even my daughter walked away saying, 'they were really nice people mom'. More
