Though I may have caused some headaches, they rose to the occasion and made sure I was a happy customer. I will continue to do business (hopefully only needing yearly inspections) in the future. We quickly identified the cars we were interested in seeing, and he lined them all up for us to test drive. He highlighted the distinctive features of each vehicle, helped us to identify the best option for us, and allowed us to work through the decision process without pressure. Easiest purchase of a car ever. Elis called me about my Volvo lease expiring and wanted put me in a new car.
