I stopped by again the following Saturday and he was again helpful right form the start. He went on test drives with me and answered all my questions. I even bonked him on the head with the automatic headrests while trying to work the seat heater, and he handled it like a champ! He mentioned a couple of times that we deserved a luxury experience and I truly feel we got that! The customer service was above expectations. Before I popped in that first Friday afternoon, I was nearly 100% sure I was buying another Lexus RX350. After my experience with Ralph at Portland Volvo, the decision became very clear.
