The staff at Porter treated me in a professional manner. Chrissy in sales greeted me shortly after my arrival and I told her what i wanted to evaluate. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me decide what suited my needs in the best possible way. She brought over the sales manager Richie, who quoted me a very attractive price for my new ride. Then I was introduced to the credit manager who explained all of the nuts and bolts of the purchase and warranty, taxes and etc. He did a great job in a short period of time. Everyone I encountered at Porter Hyundai was pleasant and knew their specialty and I would deal with them all in a minute! By the way, my new Genesis is the finest automobile I have ever ridden in! There was no pressure at all. Sean, my salesman, did an excellent job of listening to my criteria, helping me find the car, without trying to pressure me into something that was beyond my price point. I negotiated a fair, extremely good deal and did not have any stress in that process at all. There was very little negotiating that I had to do because the dealership brought the car down to a very fair price. I will direct my family and friends to Porter, along with my future purchases.
